Our DRIVER PARTNERS and their cars will regularly undergo assessments as per the DRIVER -SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT KPI’S by the CABY^© teams at the CABY contact centre.

We interview all our drivers face to face and check all documentation to ensure our drivers are legally compliant as per the PUBLIC MOBILITY LAWS and REGULATIONS.

Our Ride Rate Per Kilometre will always be affordable, however, our daily rate will commence at 6:00 am and will end at 10:00 p.m.

Our Night Rate will commence at 10:00 p.m. and end at 6:00 a.m.

NOTE:  We do not do surge charging over these periods.

When signing up, the CABY PAYGATE, will debit R 1 from your Bank Account to allow the CABY PAYGATE to introduce your Bank Account. The R 1 will be immediately returned to the Rider’s Bank Account once the TOKEN TICKET NUMBER for the said Bank Account have been verified. These actions will only take a few seconds once all are verified.

We ask that our RIDERS make use of the RIDER WALLET, to ensure for emergency travel, or simply to ensure available funds when requesting a SAFER RIDE.
