When all your paperwork have been processed and we find nothing outstanding you and your vehicle will be uploaded onto the CABY Driver Partner App as per the CABY Terms Of Use Policy, your information will be protected by the South African POPIA Act at all times.

You’ll get a welcome WhatsApp message to return to the CABY Contact Centre, where the team will take an authentic CABY wall paper back drop Photograph, which will be uploaded to your Driver App.

The team will also take a front-end Photograph of your Vehicle to verify the Number Plate, a spot check of your vehicle will be carried out. Should your vehicle fail this spot check, you will be shown the standards required for the maintenance of your vehicle.

You will be assisted to read through your driver service level partnership agreement, which you will sign prior to being switched on, on the CABY application. You will be assisted by one of the team leaders to “teach” you how to navigate the CABY application.

A member of the CABY team will assist you, the driver partner as to how to read your dashboard on your driver application, which will show you in real time, our ride Kms for the day and as summary of your months Kms. It will also show you the number of paying trips you made and most importantly, it will show you’re your earning for the week and a summary of your monthly earning.

When you are fully compliant and you only drive the CABY riders on the CABY app, you are assured of having joined the CABY application family, where our focus is your well-being and happiness, with focus on your wealth.
